Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency, managing administrative staff (if applicable), coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operations, including facilities management, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Manage office budgets, including supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure smooth office workflows.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office-related matters.
- Assist with invoicing, payroll, and other financial or administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure office cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, or similar role in real estate and/or hospitality.
- Familiarity with office management tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Asana
- Strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
