Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, supporting staff and management, managing office supplies and systems, and ensuring a productive and organized workplace.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, supporting staff and management, managing office supplies and systems, and ensuring a productive and organized workplace.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and procedures.
- Greet visitors and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company databases, filing systems, and records.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Support HR and finance functions such as onboarding, timesheet tracking, and invoicing.
- Ensure office cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Education/Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role in real estate and/or hospitality.
- Familiarity with office management tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible work schedule able to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
