We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to [executive/individual name/title]. Position Responsibilities:
- Manage daily calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation)
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications
- Run errands and manage household or personal tasks as needed
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the employer
- Assist with event planning, bookings, and coordination
- Handle personal tasks including reservations, shopping, reminders, etc.
- Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Education/Experience:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with office management tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Asana
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and able to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
